Plumb House has completed several projects for me over the years. Their attention to detail, relationships with the subcontractors and suppliers, and overall quality make them, in my opinion, the best multifamily general contractor in the market. I believe that the number one key to development success is early engagement with the architect and contractor in the design development process to protect the construction budget.
