We work with developers through the early stages of plan development to establish accurate budgets that meet the needs of each owner and project. By working with the design team through the plan development stage, we resolve constructability issues before they have an opportunity to occur on site, affecting the schedule and budget. Plumb House does not charge for pre-construction services – we prefer a handshake deal that awards us the construction contract if the budget is met.
